Cancellation Policy
When scheduling an appointment please keep in mind that time has been set aside to focus ON YOU AND YOU ONLY. My Booking system sends out COURTESY REMINDERS 72hrs and 24hrs before the appointment that you scheduled. If you cancel or reschedule with the 72hr COURTESY REMINDER a %50 non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule or reschedule any future appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with 48hrs or less notice or are more than 15 minutes late a %50 non-refundable fee of the service/services that you scheduled will be charged. If rescheduling, canceling or running late becomes a pattern I will no longer accept appointments from you.
I understand that emergencies and illnesses come up, at my discretion your non-refundable fee charged might be applied to your next scheduled appointment with me as a ONE TIME COURTESY ONLY. There are no refunds on any services or products. I appreciate you respecting that this is my livelihood. I ALWAYS STRIVE TO GIVE YOU AN ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
